Sparx Fine Chinese Cuisine

To be fair, I'm extremely picky when it comes to Chinese cuisine. We used to live near NYC's Chinatown and went there quite often - there's no comparison here. Tonight, I picked up a 'to-go' order and it smelled divine on the 20 minute ride home. Couldn't wait to get home and eat. But by the time we ate, the food was between cold & not hot. My bad. I will try them again but eat there. They have a beautiful waiting area with a lovely fountain by the front desk. Very elegant dining room which happened to be empty on a Wednesday evening at 5 p.m., good time to go if you want to try the food, and I suggest, eat there. Gentleman who took my order spoke so highly of his wife's bakery items, I can't wait to go back and try some. Nothing was available when I was there. Everything is made fresh. They use fresh cream for the cakes!

The dim sum soup is amazing, fried fish is amazing, fried chicken is amazing, drinks are amazing. This place is first class Asian cuisine, I will definitely be back over and over again. This place is 100 % authentic ♡

Great modern Chinese cuisine. Get some plates for the table and share them around. The tea is also very good. The first time I went they were clearly figuring things out, but at the time they were a very new restaurant. Salt and pepper pork, Chinese broccoli, seafood soup, golden tofu: all amazing dishes! Good place for a casual dinner or a more nice outing. Prices are reasonable. The only complaint I have is that one time I went I ordered fish, and it was amazing. I come back again and the fish wasn’t nearly as good: the breading on it was way too thick the second time.Either way, check this place out!

This is my new favorite restaurant. In my opinion, this food is far better than the other local competitors. My favorites are the shredded pork, garlic and chicken and garlic sauce and General Tso (and Hot/Sour Soup). All are delicious.

Amazing staff!! Best Chinese food I have had since I have lived here for over 3 years!! We will be regular customers!! Thank you for the big sign out front so we found this amazing place! Great portion sizes, good prices amazing flavors, very clean. We can't say enough good things about this place!!

So good! We sat at the bar because they were super busy on a Sat night, I'd recommend making a reservation if you prefer a table. My husband and I don't mind sitting at bar and the bartenders were super friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. We got a bottle of sake, soup dumplings, friend pork buns, and sweet and sour chicken to share. Everything was great! We will be back soon!

Really enjoyed the food and service! Out of the General Tso's chicken, orange beef, chicken fried rice, and the fried duck, we enjoyed the orange beef the most! Definitely family sized portions which can easily be shared. The wonton soup alone is about 6 servings worth. Will be going back again for sure.

Its an awesome place for Chinese Foodies, who prefer to eat Shanghai style of flavors and spices...... Hot n Sour soup is amazing and served in Family size Quantities......Also loved Lo Mein Noodle (Ordered well done)

Food is exceptional especially the Chow Fung Beef on the new menu. Could eat it everyday. $11. With an order of scallion pancakes or soup dumplings makes a fantastic meal. If you go with a larger group it is the best bang for your buck. Went with 15 people one time and the bill came out to about $20 a person and it was a FEAST!!

What a great place for a large crowd like ours. We had a bunch of people celebrating birthdays so we all got together and ate every thing we could. The waiter was fantastic and every dish came out hot, accept of course for the ones that were not supposed to be hot, and every dish was perfectly spiced and enjoyable.We brought her own cake and they didn't care, we put a bunch of candles on it, saying happy birthday, took some wonderful pictures, and had the time of our lives.This is a very relaxed atmosphere, the prices are about right, and the food is top notch.

Every thing about our experience was wonderful. Anthony and Mo were the friendliest and most fun waitstaff I have ever experienced. The food was AMAZING. The whole feel of the place was great. It was incredibly clean. Doesn't look like much from the road but it is wonderful.
